Frequently Asked QuestionsHow long does it take for the book to arrive?
Since this is a one-of-a-kind customized book, we don't have it in stock, and will print it espacially for you. Printing takes 2-4 business days. We offer multiple shipping options that vary from 1-2 business days to 3-7 business days.
Can I return the book?
Since our books are customized and made to order, we can't accept returns unfortunately. If for some reason you are not happy with the book you received, please contact us at contact@magictales.app and we will do our best to make you happy. We partner with a great local printing firm. Although we have the utmost trust in their products, we know things can happen. If there was some kind of a defect in the product you received. If so, please picture it and let us know, we will do our best to correct the issue as soon as possible.
How much does it cost?
Creating stories and illustrating them is free. When you created a book you're happy with, you can either get an online version (PDF + online version you can share with your loved ones) for $12, or print it in a beautiful hardcover format for $31 (7.9x7.9 inch) or $36 (9x9 inch)
How does the book look like printed?
The book is a hardcover square book (you can choose the size at checkout). The book is printed with full colors on premium thick paper. The illustrations of the book, each cover a whole page.
Can I order a book to different addresses?
Yes! Each checkout can only handle one address at a time, but once you've submitted an order, you can go back to your book, and checkout again with a different address.
Will I be able to see the book before I order?
Absolutely! When creating the book, you'll be able to edit the book's text and title, and change the illustrations. Once you're done, you'll be able to see the book before checkout.
How can I track my order?
Since this is a one-of-a-kind customized book, we don't have it in stock, and will print it espacially for you. Printing usually takes 2-4 business days. Once the book has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Don't hesitate to reach out if you haven't received it in time.
